Cinema.. now that is a different matter all together! I haven't been to the cinema since I was a little kid! I think the last thing I watched at a cinema was Casper the Friendly Ghost! The local Playhouse shut down years ago and the town has been lost with out it ever since.

What did you think of Salt? i had it from Lovefilm a little while ago, it was mind numbingly boring and the story just didn't make any sense at all!

The Thing on bluray last night with my 13 yr old lad and he enjoyed it! I've got loads to watch including Firefly, Serenity, Gladiator and Zulu. Just finished Twilight Zone first season and Star Trek first season which was brilliant. I'm after The Time Tunnel next. Just bought Columbo first season for my sis, she loves it!

Right now watching capitalism: a love story and is doing the trick of getting me off to sleep, bit boring but makes a change from quest!!!!   No this film not boring but shown at wrong time to get me all aaarrgghhh! about it. And we aint the ones that need preaching to!!! I like his other films esp healthcare in us - all amazingly bloody scary and we REALLY dont want that here. Anyway this film is dragging on abit - ok if studying american politics but bit........nodding off....................ZZZZzzzzzzzzzz

I can't be sure but I think the last film we watched was either:

Gambit with Shirley MacLaine&  Michael Caine - excellent movie!

or

The Tamil film - Raavanan

Can anyone recommend any other good visual manga films? Can't believe I have lived without watching this stuff before!

Hiya AA. I can highly recommend "The girl who leapt through time" beautifully animated. "Laputa castle in the sky", "My neighbour Totoro" and "Kiki's delivery service"
