Now this is a little random, so forgive me...

Being in a wonderful relationship for the last 10 years has taught me lots of things, but one of the things that it hasn't helped is my self-control. Since getting with my husband, I have expanded 3 waist sizes. Whilst he assures me that he finds me sexy, when it comes to being in the bedroom, I don't feel comfortable unless i'm wearing at least a XXXL t-shirt to hide the belly and the man-bosoms. In a stroke of good luck I guess, I am quite tall, so the weight is spread fairly evenly, so I get a lot of people tell me that I don't look as heavy as I say I am.

Now whilst I have been dieting (and I have lost 2 stone over the last 3 months) - i'm still along way to go from reaching my goal. In the mean time, I want to be able to feel 'sexier' in the bedroom, and ladies have their lingerie, a lot of which helps provide coverage but still maintain that flirty sexiness... but us plus size blokes - don't really have much choice..

There's some great underwear on here that i'd love to try, but are sadly just one size too small... and I just wouldn't feel comfortable parading around in just some sexy boxers or a thong!

So, I guess i'm looking for your thoughts....

Am I wasting my time trying to find something that can be flattering and sexy in the bedroom for a bloke?

You are right, confidence can be extremely sexy. To be fair, it hasn't always been a problem. It never used to bother me... but when he started to have a few.. problems with performance.. I immediately took it to heart that it was because of me, and I totally doubted myself, and all confidence was gone. He's assured me over and over that he loves me the way I am.. but as a Taurus, I am naturally stubbon and argumentative.

Ah my oh is a Taurus!
I appreciate tastes differ but my oh actually likes me In a suit. Which is a pain in the arse as i wear one all day and just wanna take it off even I get home. A good fitting suit can be both flattering and forgiving

What about just some boxers, a waist coat and a tie/dicky bow? The Fifty Shades of Grey range and The Silver Collection has extra loops alongside the inside of the tie so you can use it for tying up arms easier and safer than a normal tie. We have the Fifty Shades one I got as a tester, and it's fab. You could also add it into your daily life, so he knows every time you wear the tie, he knows what's coming up. A waistcoat is the only male alternative to a babydoll I could think of, you could take it off, or leave it on to give you a bit more confidence. You could even get some cuffs to wear if you really wanted to go for it!

Also, huge congratulations on the weight loss. I've been married two years, and because of pressure from my family to fit into a stupidly expensive wedding dress, I lost 4 stone. Don't get me wrong, I felt amazing, but the work it took me to get there in 8 months, made me miserable, and soon after the wedding I was stuffing my face!! I put on 2.5 stone, and enjoyed myself doing it. Then the past 6 months I've lost 1.5 stone, but now I'm doing it at a steady pace that makes me happy. So make sure you're happy and enjoying the weight loss all the way through. Well done :) x

David I agree with sum sub it's what is on the inside that counts. My husband is a xxxl and finds it very hard to find clothes in general to fit, but have you maybe tried wearing a sexy tie or something like that to wear with some boxers. Just a thought I have just converted my husband to boxer briefs and I think they look very sexy x x hope that may help.FF x x really well done for the weight loss you are doing fantastically keep up the good work x
