    Hello!

I'm looking for a corset, and whilst I wouldn't class myself as overly large (size 16) I do have a problem with a wobbly tummy! I've tried plastic boned corsets, but the bones just bend with my bumps, and don't do much for the shaping or pulling in and I just end up looking worse! The only other corsets I can find are ones with 4 steel bones and 10 spirals, will these be much better?

    Thanks

    Naughty Miss K x

    Hi Naughty Miss K,

You'll definitely find that steel boned corsets do a better job of reducing your waist. The Classic Satin corsets we sell on Lovehoney have spiral boning, meaning they only bend in one direction, ensuring you get the shape you desire.

Each of the following has 14 steel bones and comes highly recommended:

Classic Satin Over Bust Steel Boned Corset

Classic Satin Longline Over Bust Steel Boned Corset

Classic Satin Half Bust Steel Boned Corset

The underbust corset has 16 steel bones:

Classic Satin Underbust Steel Boned Corset

    And the waspie has 10:

Classic Satin Steel Boned Waspie Corset

You can find more information about how to choose and use a corset in this guide: Fitting Guide For Corsets

    Hope that helps!

I have this one of Nicoles list http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=25500 which I've reviewed.

I've got a bit of a belly but it this gives a really good shape and the boning stays where its supposed to :)

Thanks, that's really helpful! It's not completely clear, when selecting a size, is 'black 28' a 28inch corset? :) As this one

is also in the plus size section but only goes up to 32, so I may not get to wear one after all!
