I got one similar in plus size and the stretchy fabric itself did seem to have a bit of stretch in it. It may not fit height wise though. A lot of bodystockings seem to be short in body.

Oh, actually, after reading the review on the one you posted about it seems that it is rather stretchy even for the male sex and someone that's 6'4.
