• Their customer service, returns policy, delivery and company ethos are simply amazing. Hands-down the BEST company to buy anything from online. They really aren't happy until their customers are happy.
• They also run the Blog, with useful guides to different types of toys or play, and regular surveys and competitions.
• All sex toys have genuine customer-written reviews. There is the opportunity to be sent the occasional item to review, if you fancy it.
• The Forums (where you are now) are a place you can talk about pretty much anything sex-related, with a bunch of like-minded individuals. There's advice (some good, some bad), chat, silly games, emotional support and shoulders to cry on, and the chance to make suggestions and generally interact with the Lovehoney team.

If there's anything in particular you want to know, we're a pretty friendly bunch, so just ask.
