To summarize:  I do experience orgasms from deep anal play and although prostate stimulation is pleasurable my own feeling is that these orgasms have very little to do with the prostate or the penis. The sensation is qualitatively different and seems to involve the whole body. Moreover it's quite possible to have several of these orgasms in quick succession.
