    Hi

When returning an item that you just don't like, is the best way to request a direct refund and place your next order separately, or request a replacement and put the products you want instead on the returns form?  I'm not sure that the prices will quite measure up so not sure what to do.

Well ive always done the refund and then buy.. but the money can take up to a few weeks to be put into your account  x I think the prices have to be pretty much the same, my last return was 2p diffrence to what i wanted so i put 2p in the package XD

    It doesn't really matter.

Customer service really is great. If you want an item just ask them to replace it.

Ring them and see. You'll get a real person straight away.

    Very helpful.

Hmm.  Thanks guys,  I don't think I could phone someone without getting embarrassed though.

Me too until I rationalised it.

You're just a voice on a phone. Justthink you'll never meet this person. And they're dealing with this type of call all day.

Did you see the TV programme?

    Do it it's easy!

    Don't worry.

I did watch the TV show.  There's also the fact that there are other people living in this house and I'm not the one who pays the bill... There's the online help anyway, I could try that again.

Ah I get you. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Tell em to mind their own business! :)
