Aww. I can't enter. I refuse to use Facebook. And I have no idea what all this twittering is about.

 I hate FB too. I log on to my proper one maybe once every two months, after prompting. The other one I use for twitter friends so it gets periods of slightly heavier use followed by nothing at all. Twitter is awesome though, you don't have to be friends with anyone you don't want to me, you can follow for information, for comedy, for human interest, for competitions, to support a company or charity. It's also handy just to let off steam, or draw attention to things that you do e.g. a blog. Personally I find it really helpful to get quick responses out of companies. I've chased up O2 and Hobbycraft before, having had no response elsewhere. The hard part of twitter is starting out - finding people to follow, having people follow you back, beginning all of the interaction. It's a lot of fun. I starting talking to my OH properly on twitter, it's where we got to know each other (I was aware of him from forums before that.)

Sorry for the twitter-obsessive mind blurge.

 I agree! I found my job at Lovehoney on Twitter and my best Twitter competition win was my wedding cake - worth £800 and came complete with design consultations and tasting sessions!
