Missing reviews

 Hey Lovehoney. I wrote up a review on aSweet Streak corset this morning and it should normally appear on my profile as pendingk but it's not there. Itx not the first time this has happened either. Oyther reviews have come up fine, but I wrote a different review a while ago that never appeared either.

Getting bit worried. Posted review on Thursday and it is not yet life while reviews from Friday are now coming life. I hope it does not get forgotten.

 One or two of my old reviews have dissapeared. is there a reason for this? I can't find my review for the petite coutoure silicone vibrator. I think it's been discontinued, but I have other reviews for discontinued items ctill there. Help?

The Petite Couture, at least some, are back under Vibe Therapy, but I think the reviews were transmitted under the new name, so may be worth checking if the toy is back round.

Ah, is the vibe still on offer? The one I have from the Petite collection was moved to Vibe Therapy range so I wrote a review on it in the end. Maybe the review went missing during that transfer under new name

Now even Saturday reviews are coming life and mine is still not up. I feel like I did something wrong with it and they dont feel like putting it up :-(

Odd the review should still appear in your list even if the prdouct is discontinued. I know they have been doing some tweaking but this shouldn't have changed. I'll link Alice up to this thread and she can investigate when she is back in the office tomorrow

 Hi Laveila - I can see your review flagged in the list. When a review mentions a fault with the prdouct it is flagged to be checked. Because you mention that the button was 'sticking' on arrival we log it as a possible fault and it is forwarded to Customer Care to investigate. Basically we want to know if the product you received is faulty as this will affect the review you give. It's very important for us to make sure the review is of a fully functional toy. Because of this we hold reviews for fault items. I should have more info tomorrow after the Bank Holiday Weekend - sorry for the confusion. Bonny

oh ok, I see. It was really tricky to push the button. I even scratched the silicone a bit as it was just stuck in the place but then moved so I thought it was just harder to press in the beginning but it got stuck a bit again later on. Have to admit never crossed my mind it was faulty, just though a bit more difficult. The second button to change the head was very easy to press and move round, it was the one for the shaft which was really difficult at times. I like moved it without problems for a day, I played and the next session I wanted to change it and it was stuck and after a bit it moved without problems again. But I mainly blamed that on myself.

As Bonny says, we always follow up if we think a product was faulty and I ask the editors to pass anything they're unsure of to me so I can investigate. In most cases the customer is unaware of our returns policy and so hasn't been in touch.

It appears that your product wasn't faulty, just that you didn't get along with it (which is obviously still covered by our returns!) so I've put your review live now.

I can only find three reviews for any of the Petite Couture vibes on the back end - and none of those are yours. What other reviews have gone missing? If we can try and work out a similarity we can get the tech team to look into it.

if I may I think Ecksvie did also a review of one of them. I found a threat which mensions it, but the review is gone so it seems from her profile and also the link in the threat does not go to the vibe. I know which one it was as the link did work months ago.

Yeah, Ecksvie also had the same vibrator, but hers seems to have gone too. Shame as it is one of my favourite toys!

I can't think for the life of me which other one has gone. I'm nearly sure there is another one, but I can't work out what. I did a big sex toy clearout earlier this year, so I can't exactly work out what it would be since I can't go through everything I own and check by the process of elimination. My brain tells me something is missing from my review list though... I have checked against my previous orders list and I can't find it in there... But I could of course, be entirely wrong and the Petite couture vibe is the only one missing.
