The issue with rechargeable batteries is, that they can be bit larger compared to regular ones and they do get stuck in some toys. For this reason LH does not sell rechargeable batteries of any kind.

and also the rechargeables can be bit weaker in sex toys compared to normal batteries from what I heard.
