I ordered the female bag and am fairly pleased with it. ... I got

Can't find any of them on the site. But still pleased and worth the money

Kasumi.... It's the fact that it was pointed out by the head, that my messages about my issues had been noted.. there for i dont feel comfortable writing here anymore. The only reason i am voicing how crap i got treated and how many faulty items/issues i have has... is because i intend to cancel my account when they have sorted the last of it.

I even asked for them to phone at specific times, and they didnt ... i got called outa work so i could take the call... terrible. !!

Always been curious of the grab bags and recieved the email so decided to get one, got quite a nice selection

I think I've been pretty lucky and I'm really happy with the bondage bag.  Although, not sure I'd want to purchase another grabbag incase my luck runs out but I love the surprise of it!

We received our grab bag yesterday.

It was quite a shock, as it contained everything above except ours had a bullet vibe (that worked without its lid on which was a bit of a shock I binned it just in case) instead of the cock ring.

The shock being that I thought I had ordered the "Couples" bag   It wasn't until I checked my order that I realised I must have ticked the wrong box.  I was going to just  return it, but my better half said no lets keep it

So I guess we will be keeping it.

I love it, I was worried that if I went for the female bag, I'd end up with a lady finger and numerous bullets, which I already have.  Love it how my toy collection has lit doubled now, due to this bag.  Although I now have to buy a bigger toy box lol

 I know! The box it came in is frickin' massive. It's only a matter of time before the parents ask questions and I've no idea how one should go about hiding a chastity belt..!

Of the ones I am keeping I got: Lh bullet bear
                                                  a tracey cox bullet
                                                  and a mpod wired bullet - which doesn't work so am returning
                                                  (hoping to get something abit more exciting but on same lines!)

The ones I don't want are going to the Lh recycling as I've tried them and they are just not for me - maybe abit mad but am saving for something lovely with my Oh points :) Mind you I won't bother next time, esp as i got a luxury rabbit last time I got 1 and they were £20 then (if my memory serves me right), even if they were £25 I was WAY happier than I was this time. Still, got me in the mood to have a sort out and with what's off to be recycled in the rabbit amnesty I should be able to get the Oh points I need!! ;-) Pleasing in a round about kinda way!!

HGL: I understand your frustration, but the faulty items are not LH fault. I did have that even with luxury toys and LH handled it for be brilliantly. Even tested the replacement before sending it out to me. They always seem to be doing their best.

As for the male toy in the bag, it is not unheard of to get a wrong toy, happened to me as well and LH handled that well. I understand, that you wanted a luxury toy, but the bags are about luck. It is also about LH cleaning the storage and eg. sending out luxury toys used in demonstration videos or those which have damaged box. Or things which they have too many in stock and they want to lower it. So it has always been a luck in this regards.

and the times could be because of availability of peoples. They do have a long hours then you can contact the CS, but I would say that there are 2 shifts working there. But I do understand your frustration. Especially if you are at work.

Anyway, I hope you do not go, would miss you round.

Thanks everyone, but it's not one small problem.. it's been a long list and not even sorted now after weeks. So i'm very much done here. It has been nice to talk to you all though :)

I've never had an issue, when a bullet was sent out and was faulty, lh replaced it straight away, no issue, within 24hrs.  When that one turned out to be faulty, I asked for an alternative brand and suggest 3 others and that i would pay the difference.  LH replaced my bullet with one £6 odd more and didn't ask for the difference.  

I understand there are some issues people have, faulty products are not the issue of lh but the suppliers.  

I hope things get sorted and that you stick around the forum x

Just left a review for the bags (yes - ordered a female, couple and bondage!) me and the GF recieved - hopefully will be up soon and have listed everything that arrived! Some seriously great stuff and real value for money! Did contain some stuff that we will never use! does anyone know of any sites items can be re-sold/recycled on (I'm talking new and unused!! lol) as seems a waste to just store/bin them! Some high value stuff thats just sadly not for us!  I know the rules state no advertising of competing sites but we always shop here and aren't looking for cometition - just know that these things can't be listed on ebay!!! lol

Wow Blue star I think you got one of the most expensive toys yet I think in your bag, the G-Ki Je Joue is amazing , congratulations hun.

I do feel sorry for those who have been unhappy with their bags, but it is a random buy and very pot-luck , I feel it was because many of the reviews contained Lelo items and I feel people set their heart on getting something expensive . So anything that isnt Lelo or a fleshlite is a let down.

But products change and Lovehoney clearly state its a clearout of old and new. Obviously if something is faulty it must be changed, I have yet to try my goodies; I have the Mantric mPod too and it seems many of those are faulty so will try mine today; but Im extremely happy with all my items.

The adopt a thread works well on here so you will eventually get something you want in exchange.
