Not a chance. not overly bothered anymore either. Anyone who wants me (when I inevivitabled get suspended) can find me on twitter/facebook. diamonds/puppies/mc and the others can tell you where xxx

It's a looooong story Avrielle. last time some other members bought it all up it got deleted/cleaned away. Oh well.

Super Sorry guys - you are right about the training yesterday and also with the huge influx of customer asking about the Oh! Points our team have been overwhelmed! No training today and all hands to the deck so all outstanding enquiries will be answered today. B

Hi All!

Sorry if there's been a delay in responding to some of your queries - we will try to be quicker and do better.

Our ticket system has never had an autoreponder that sends an e-mail saying "Thank you for your message" - a message like that appears on the "Thank you" page when you submit a ticket, but that's all.

So apologies for any confusion there.

BBJE - I've sent you an e-mail off the thread to fnd out what the problem is. In the meantime, I've allocated another 5,000 points to your account. Hopefully that covers your ipoints transfer.

Richard

I think that I picked up what was meant on the other forum topic completely wrong  When asked to contact customer services with the total amount on ipoints then I thought it was all that had saved up not just the ones from LH purchases.

Was a waste of time trying to build up as many points as possible through stupid surveys, etc when I am no longer interested in buying anything off their site and was only saving for a LH product.

Yeah, I was the same Sunshine. I only liked it for the LH products. I do another survey website that is quite reasonable, so I haven't bothered with ipoints for some time now.

Aw. Thanks LH team! I thought the oh! points and training would be the cause. You guys are working great though, and hopefully things will smooth out for the weekend and you can unwind!

I think they are just completely snowed under there at the moment what with getting to grips with the oh! points and training 3 new people I'm sure they are now having to deal with quite a few oh! point orders too!

Hi guys,

I'm really sorry that there has been some delay in us responding to you over the last few days.

I realise its no excuse but we have three new members of staff in the customer care team and while they are still training there is a bit of a delay in replying to all of our customers - I'm sure they will all be up to speed shortly so normal service will be resumed asap.

Also as Bonny says there have been so many messages about Oh! Points (and we are still learning about these ourselves) we have more messages than normal so are playing catch up.

I stayed late yesterday and will do again today in an effort to try to clear the backlog but if you don't hear back from us today please email your query directly to me and I will try to resolve it for you (deniseatlovehoney.co.uk).

Denise

I'd like to say thank you Denise. I emailed about transferring some points and I received a nice email and points transfer the next day. Thank you for a smooth easy transaction!

I did then didn't I? I just thought with it being so busy in LH towers a bit of positive feedback might be appreciated! Some teething problems by the looks of things but I found my transfer very good!

Just to echo the positive comments, I had a really quick response about transferring my points so thanks to those concerned for that, really great customer service as always! Thank you!
