Deal of the Day

I have not received the deal of the day e-mail for the last few days! I have signed up again but still nothing other than the confirmation e-mail. Am I doing something wrong as I miss checking them first thing?

Have you got a junk email folder as they might be ending up there?

They did start going there mid week but had been going into main folder before that and it was after I moved it that it stopped. I have checked and I have received one today but thats the first since wednesday, all very strange!!!

Hope it sorts itself out.

Can you add us to a safe sender list?

If you've got any more probs you can mail customer services and we'll see what we can do...

I've been having the same problem with the deal of the day email.... I never got any though.

Some techie weirdness going on - we'll try and sort it asap...

Guess I'll just have to wait and see if I get one tomorrow

Sadly not. But never mind, just means I'll have to keep coming on here and adding more items to the wishlists (and basket ).

Don't know where its gone wrong, myself and technology don't get on that well at the best of times.
