Glitches on the site

thank god for that, with what i got going on at the moment i didnt need my friends dropping me on here lol

When posting on the Forum, if I try to use any of the features in the toolbar above - bold, simleys, etc - a dialog box appears as expected - but then does not respond - nothing responds. Box cannot be closed. Only way out is to page back - completely loosing the post. This is in IE9, on Win7.

Well - i havent mentioned anything but for the last month or two, poss three, whenever someone messages me and i happen to refresh the screen at the same time there message doesnt appear. I have been informed that people think i am ignoring them when i really am not. The first message i may get from them but any subsequent messages just `get lost' until i click on that persons name. This chat has been playing up for a while but it never used to be that way.

Worth mentioning now that I'm back on-line:

When I was browsing via my Andriod phone, I was able to access the Lh forum dandy, but for some reason could not post replies: the text box wasn't registering as a text box in the browser window, so it was refusing to let me type in it.  I managed on every other site I'd visit, so it's a little strange that this was the only text box that seemed to be wonky. 

The ones on the Blog and so forth all worked dandy, it was literally just the forum.

I have that same thing BB, I use Dolphin Browser on Android and I can't post on the forums using it, but it's fine on others, FL for example all works no problem. I have tried others browsers and all seem to have posting issues with here. TBH it's one of the reasons I post less and less now, my old phone worked fine here but not this one :(

For Android users - try this - 

If you use Dolphin Browser HD, get the menu options up whilst in the browser, go to More, click settings, go to dolphin settings. See User Agent, if it says android, change it to iPhone. It doesn't affect anything other than your ability to be able to post in pretty much all text boxes on the web!!

If you don't use Dolphin you need to find the relevant setting on your browser and change the user agent to iphone/ipad etc. Basically anything except android.

Then you can post

Testing... Ooh it works... I had it set to desktop chid findings had said that works but it didn't... Only prob with using iphone is it defaults to mobile site first but don't spouse that's the end of the world? Nothing is ever straightforward...

Thanks DRA, ignore the word spouse, should be suppose, stupid swype & now I can't get the cursor back in the right place, gggrr

No nothing ever is straightforward but hopefully this is a workaround until the LH supports android browsers!

Chat still seems to be very wobbly.

Are people ignoring me or is the private chat not working?

The emails I've signed up for don't get sent to me except for deal of the day. Which was especially annoying when I didn't get the notification for the grab bags. 

Im findng that too. I never got a grab bag email, but wasnt really bothered this time as I found out about them on the forum the night before. Deal of the Day comes through fine

i still get some emails about specials to my old email and my chat flicks from working to not

 I don't know if this is just me but when I click to play the videos on the product pages they just don't load.

If I click again the video screen just goes black and nothing happens 

 I submitted a review for the 'Bedroom Vows 72 Activity Cards' but it's not showing up in my account as Awaiting approval like it normally would! Is there a reason for this, has it somehow gone missing or not? Will I have to write another?
