Glitches on the site

Posting to the 'Erotic Fiction' forum consistently has issues for me.  When I copy and paste plain text (ie, from a notepad-a-like editor, not from Word of similar) the line breaks vanish.

Last time it happened, I'd gone through and triple spaced every paragraph break in the hope this would stop it happening.  The first three breaks were fine (well, they showed up as para breaks: eg, 2x line, not triple line breaks like I'd put in), but the rest had all vanished.  That was this post: http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/community/forums/erotic-fiction/418004-heat-in-the-sauna/ which I've since edited.

I'd post a lot more if I could just copy and paste from my editor.  Only having five minutes of edit time doesn't give me quite enough to be able to replace all the line-breaks in my longer stories.  If the edit time could be doubled to ten minutes, that would at least be easier.

I've noticed this issue seems to happen quite a lot in the 'fiction' forum.  I'm using Chrome 16.899 on Ubuntu Linux, but it happens using Firefox whatever-the-most-recent-is too.  Just in case it happens now, I've double-spaced each para here (ie, pressed enter twice between paragraphs)

Yep - sorry about this one. Now we're all back in after the weekend we'll be able to sniff out what's been going wrong.

Loving it! I can now delete and not worry about typos and see what I'm typing while I am typing!

I'm currently having problems viewing a lot of the vidoes (but not all)

Win 7, FF 7.01, Adobe flash is up to date...

I just get the background image and a loading symbol? No problems on other sites that I've noticed.

Thanks sxe_couple 21 - please keep reporting when you find 'stuck' videos. We changed over all the formats so they can now be watched on iDevices, but some got caught in the process. We can send a small ferret with a squeegee in to unblock them* and solve the problem.

*this may be a lie.

the basix range would be a good starting point. I certainly can't get the one in the sale to work!

Another glitch; products saying they have a review (and thus stars) but then there aren't any reviews shown:

I've also noticed that some that say they have 3 reviews only actually show 2 with no link to get to the other (unless I'm being blind, I can see it on most items).

I think this can happen when someone has reviewed the product then left lovehoney & had their history deleted. Their star ratings remain but their review disappears - i could be wrong though - lovehoney?

Not sure if it's a glitch or a 'feature', but when popping up a review for a short stories book, I saw one of the rating is for Sex Tips, which is...odd.  Looking through other reviews that have it, they seem to have been a bit scattered as to what to do with that rating.  Maybe that shouldn't be a required field?

I agree with this - if its not a sex tip book then it might be hard to assess how useful it is for sex tips. I mean, sure, you might get some ideas but its not a sex tip book so difficult to rate
