• Replacement item broke

    I recently had to have a item replaced and now its dead its not been a year since we had the replacement but its over a year since we had the original item.

    Is a replacement item guaranteed for a year or does it go from the date you purchased the original?

    Mention it to customer care as they can advise what can be done. There might have been problems with a batch of the product you have if it broke twice

    Oh no I am sorry to hear that your replacement also broke :( 

    It is best to speak with customer care, however the policy runs from the original purchase date. Sorry.

    If it's the same product, and lovehoney can't help, you may find it helpful to contact the manufacturer =). Although this may depend on how and why it broke, but they may be able to help. Some also have guarantees etc in place.

    Was afraid that was the case thats definitely more than a year ago
