it must be mad there at the moment! the must be burried in a heap of stories. the suspence is getting so bad!

Same here. No new points added from this competition. o.O

i emailed customer service this morning and they replied said i had been credited this afternoon.  so it sounds like they are getting through the credits but slowly

Oh gutted, I have a spry and I've only just seen this :(

wow, i wonder how many stories there are! any update on when the winners wil be anounced? it seems like its going to take weeks for them to get all the points out, let alone read all the stories :)

i doubt they were expencting so many entries to be honest they must hve got tons

Yeah, i agree with abacus. I just wish someone would say we have around five hundred stories give us like three weeks, then it would make the waiting less of a pain.

 Yes, that's a good idea! If we know how many stories they have and how much time they need, it would be great! You wouldn't need to check for updates every day! :)

 I'm sure the points will be credited. I haven't got mine either but like people are saying, it's a huge job, especially as the final stories will end up in print. 

I can also only guess at how busy it has been at Lh since the TV show, the launch of the Happy Rabbit and many other bits of random craziness!

 Cara, the points don't bother me much - I know LH will eventually fix that. Besides, I am waiting for a points update of my last order at 11th of June, so I am not in a hurry. But still, I want more updates on what's going on and how long it would take - you know best, anticipation could really heat things up :-P lol :)

Well I got my Oh! Points yesterday, (or was that the day before?) so they are getting through them. Don't panic folks.

I didn't get notification through e-mail though, so be sure to check your profile.

The rules state winners will be notified within 28 days, but I can imagine with the overwhelming response, it may take a bit longer. I'm sure Lh will notify us on that when they have a better clue on how long it will take to get through them.

lets hope mine arrive soon aswell customer service did respond to my email really quickly tho and said to email them again if they hadnt credited by next friday so just a waiting game i gues, i wonder when the winners will be announced then
