Calling all romantics!  Don't miss Consuming Passion: 100 years of Mills and Boon, on BB4 tonight (Sunday 2nd Nov) at 9pm, and repeated at these times.

With a Mills and Boon book being sold every five seconds, and a promise of raunch, this could well be worth a watch.

I tuned in last night - and have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed it!

If you missed it, you can catch up with it on the BBC i-Player for the next seven days.

Even better was the programme before it, with Stella Duffy, which shows  how to write a winning Mills and Boon novel - not as easy as you might think!

Seriously worth a watch!

Yeah I really enjoyed it too.  I needed a bit of romance coz it ain't happening with the boy I like

I'd recommend the show to anyone who's interested.

Phew - glad it wasn't just me (thanks Imelda, the boy in question is obviously demented if he's not paying you the attention you very much deserve.  You are, after all, a total goddess!)

I've just found this nifty little article on how to write for Mills and Boon.  I feel a book coming on!

I thought this show was absolutely brilliant!  I'd always dismissed Mills & Boon books as being something my Gran might read, but with the new range it seems they have certainly stepped up the level of sex scenes in the book.

I've read a couple of Black Lace books that border on Mills & Boon, and have enjoyed them as much as I enjoy the hotter titles.  Romance can be quite an aphrodisiac!

I love the Brittle Bondage cover - a James Bond inspired book, yeah right!
