On Lovehoney's contact page, amongst the "Where's my order?", "Technical site help" and "Question about a product" options, there's one called "I want to say something nice".
Have you ever seen it? Have you ever wondered what happens if you use it?
These emails get forwarded to the entire company.
On a day when the steam's coming off our fingers from coding and writing, or the queue of returns is longer than ever, being told 'something nice' gives everyone a warm glow. More than that, though, it's feedback like this that makes us feel that we don't just work in a sex toy warehouse - we're the sexual happiness people.
Here is one that was so uplifting, we wanted to share it:
We don't wish to hijack Toy With Me Tuesday (perish the thought!) so we ummed and ahhed about this one. But, it's been such a huge project for us here at HQ and we're excited to let the meme-followers be first in on the secret we've all been sitting on for such a long time: the announcement of the Official Fifty Shades of Grey Collection.
What did you get up to over the weekend? If you happened to be reading The People on Sunday, no doubt you will have spotted us featured in a double spread article by Tracey Cox, titled SEX TIPS: How To Keep Your Relationship Alive.
Alongside the colourful Lovehoney logo (standing out deliciously in the centre of the spread!) the piece featured a 24 top tips for keeping the spark in your love life, as well as scrummy picture of Tracey, erotic novel recommendations and how men are using Fifty Shades of Grey to get women into bed. (Hmmm... are they? Discuss.)
In keeping with Lovehoney’s mission for sexual happiness and wonderfully fulfilled sex lives, Tracey dished out 24 top tips to make sure your relationship doesn’t fall flat, including making time for a dirty weekend once every six weeks, and keeping your nether regions fit and healthy by investing in kegel balls for both pleasure and toning.
If you picked up this week's More! Magazine, you'll have spotted Lovehoney as the Workmates of the Week.
More! came to Lovehoney's HQ in Bath, armed with a camera and plenty of questions about our day-to-day lives.
Those interrogated included (from left to right) TV presenter and sexpert Annabelle Knight, Laura from Customer Care (of Adam's Cock fame), me, Hella, Lovehoney Co-Founder Neal Slateford (sometimes know as 'The Professor') and Lovehoney's Head Buyer Bonny Hall - all brandishing Happy Rabbits!

It's the secret we've been sitting (uncomfortably) on for 6 months now: Lovehoney is going to be the subject of a documentary on Channel 4.
After hours (and hours and hours) of being trailed by cameras, we're finally ready to take you behind the scenes here at Lovehoney.
More Sex Please, We're British is on at 10pm, Tuesday 8th May on Channel 4.
Everyone at Lovehoney has their favourite sex toy. Some, like the Customer Care team, need to know exactly how each toy feels in order to better help customers. For the rest of us, we all have something that we’ve seen and liked, or maybe was the first toy we bought when we started working here.
As the Head of Ecommerce at Lovehoney, my favourite toys are not just the ones I like, but the ones I know customers will like, and just as importantly, buy! So, in honour of our 10th Birthday, I thought I would run down the top 10 toys I love at Lovehoney.
At Lovehoney we're celebrating our birthday by giving you the chance to bag some serious bargains with our special birthday offers. We've got 3 different offers to choose from, including top toys for £10, 2 for £10 and 3 for £10 on selected products. Since there's so much to choose from, we've picked out a few of our favourite combinations to celebrate 10 years of Lovehoney!
Keep reading and discover how you can make the most of Lovehoney's 10th birthday...
Today we're celebrating our 10th birthday! Lovehoney officially sent its very first order on the 21st April 2002 and the second was 6 few days later - it was slow but steady start!
As well as some extra-special birthday offers, we thought we'd give you all a special peek into Lovehoney HQ. So, here are 10 things you (probably) didn't know about Lovehoney...
If you picked up a copy of Fabulous in the Sun on Sunday today, you're likely have to have seen a feature on erotic book sensation and New York Times best-seller Fifty Shades of Grey. Written by London-based author EL James, Fifty Shades is about a bondage loving billionaire and his seduction and training of a female college graduate into his submissive lover.
Alice, Lovehoney's Content and Community Editor, was interviewed as part of the 'Women Breaking the Last Taboo' article based around the book's release. She discussed her role as 'sex-toy fairy' at Lovehoney, the growing popularity of sex toys, and was the perfect example of how you can have a career in the sex industry, without taking your clothes off!
Fifty Shades has opened up a lot of conversation about the role of female desire and sexuality and it's been suggested that it's helping to break down boundaries and encourage women to try new things. In the feature, Alice explained that business is booming, a clear sign that people are more willing to take control of their sexual happiness. Products including the Tracey Cox Supersex Bullet Vibrator have been consistently popular, while the Sqweel was also named as one of Lovehoney's most popular sex toys.
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby got hands-on with sex toys on This Morning today, as sexpert Tracey Cox gave advice on three of the most common sex problems.
Two couples explained their troubles and were given practical solutions by Tracey, while one woman explained how she had never had an orgasm despite her best efforts. Tracey Cox recently suggested Magic Wand Vibrators in her Closer Magazine column, so it came as no surprise that a mains-powered wand was her top suggestion to help Lynn achieve climax.
"That's a beast of a thing!" exclaimed Phillip Schofield as he grasped the Lovehoney Mains Powered Deluxe Magic Wand Vibrator, while Holly Willoughby showed her sex toy know-how by commenting "I presume that's external?"
Tracey explained how it's worth trying a mains-powered vibrator, even if conventional vibrators have failed in the past.
The couple with a mis-matched sex drive - where he wants to have sex several times a week, while she'd be content with sex every few months - were offered some great advice to help bring the couple's sex drive into alignment. Tracey emphasised the importance of cuddling and working on an intimate connection that would hopefully satisfy both partners.
As well as Tracey's advice to increase intimacy and desire, we think something like the Tracey Cox Supersex Sensation Stroker (a sleeve that enhances hand jobs and can be used by either partner on him) would help give him the release he wants, while at the same time involving her in his solo pleasure.
The final couple featured had encountered the common problem of finding it difficult to resume a fulfilling sex life after the birth of a child. To exercise the pelvic floor and get the body used to penetration again, Tracey suggested the Supersex Toner Balls from her own sex toy and sexual health range.
